Here are the ones that came to my head as I sat down to read your blog. I know I'll get home and look at my movies and realize I missed some...
1. That Thing You Do
2. The Count of Monte Cristo
3. Newises
4. Pirates of the Caribbean

10. Clue
11. Why Did I Get Married?
12. The Patriot
13. Enchanted
- Joy N. Crouch
High Crimes? Really? I'm not sure I even remembered watching that movie until I googled it after seeing it on your list. I wasn't going to do this until later, but while I'm here, I'll add a quick (not necessarily entirely accurate) list of my 13 favorite films.
1. Tombstone
2. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
3. Stranger Than Fiction
4. Pieces of April
5. Kill Bill (along with every movie Quentin Tarantino has made)
6. No Country For Old Men
7. Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
8. Being John Malkovich
9. Amelie
10. Shaun of the Dead / Hot Fuzz
11. Once
12. Confessions of a Dangerous Mind
13. Sin City
I know I'm missing some good ones.
yeah, high crimes. i havent seen it in forever but i remember loving it when i did see it. i know its random. but all the ones on your list are random, you like wierd movies. however, after reading your list....i am quickly replacing it with stranger than fiction. i dont know how i missed that.....it should be in my top 5!
ok, it has been fixed. i feel disapointed in myself for forgetting that one....it was my all time favorite movie of 2007. thank you for seeing the error of my ways.
Well, they aren't weird, I just left off the obvious ones. There are plenty I should have mentioned, but I missed them. "The Departed" is one I should have definitely had on there.
What is "Stranger that Fiction"? Do you know if I have seen it? Don't know "High Crimes" either. Am I totally out of touch? Matt, you do like weird movies; there's no way else to say it. Don't know what my list would be--Maybe
1. Gone With the Wind
2. Hunt for Red October
3. American President
4. Cinderella Man
5. E.T.
6. Star Wars (the original)
7. Toy Story
8. Cars
9. Ice Age
10. Wallace and Gromit-Curse of the Ware Rabbit
(You can tell I have grandchildren)
